When Chris Doing saw Nathan Saavedra’s face, he knew he had to help. Little Nathan is just a toddler but suffers from prune belly syndrome, a severe birth defect that leaves its victims without the normal stomach wall and is accompanied with a host of medical problems. In Nathan’s case, he needed a kidney or he would die. Chris Doing didn’t know Nathan but helped anyway. Chris gave a kidney to the little boy who will now see this Christmas and many more.
