Reclaim13 is a nonprofit organization based in the Chicago suburbs, dedicated to ending the cycle of sexual exploitation and trafficking of children and vulnerable young adults. Grant Dixon, founder of Dixon Law Office, has been involved with Reclaim13 since 2021. He served on its Advisory Board from 2021 through 2024 and, in 2025, was appointed to the Board of Directors and named General Counsel. In these roles, Grant provides strategic legal guidance on compliance and governance issues, drawing on decades of legal experience. He also supports the organization’s vital fundraising efforts, helping to secure resources for its safe houses, residential care programs, and community outreach initiatives.

One of the club’s landmark projects under Grant’s leadership is the Rotary Pickleball Center at Spring Rock Park in Western Springs. Inaugurated on April 26, 2025, this nearly $1 million facility features eight lighted courts and serves as a hub for community engagement and physical activity. His great-grandfather, Robert Fletcher, was one of the first members of the original Rotary Club of Chicago, founded in 1905 by Paul P. Harris. Robert Fletcher’s early involvement helped shape the organization’s foundation, and his legacy continues through Grant’s active participation and leadership in Rotary.
Rotary International, established in Chicago in 1905, has grown into a global network of over 1.2 million members across more than 35,000 clubs. In 2021, recognizing the need to support the dedicated staff and caddies of the La Grange Country Club (LGCC), Grant Dixon founded the La Grange Country Club Foundation. He was instrumental in drafting the initial articles of incorporation, laying the groundwork for the Foundation’s mission to provide educational scholarships to LGCC caddies, employees, and their children.
The Foundation awards scholarships annually, considering factors such as financial need, length of service, academic achievement, and extracurricular involvement. Eligible applicants include employees or caddies who have completed two full seasons at the club, or whose parents have worked at LGCC for at least three years. The Foundation operates as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, ensuring that contributions are tax-deductible and directly benefit the LGCC community.
Under Grant’s leadership, the Foundation has seen significant growth. For instance, in the 2024–2025 academic year, the Foundation awarded scholarships to 24 students, including 8 returning scholars. This expansion reflects the Foundation’s commitment to fostering educational opportunities for those who contribute to the club’s success.

As Chair of the Facilities Team since 2020, Grant has overseen numerous capital projects aimed at enhancing the church’s infrastructure to better serve its congregation and the broader community. These projects have included significant renovations and expansions, such as the development of new worship venues and community spaces, reflecting the church’s commitment to growth and inclusivity.
In 2008, recognizing the need for a dedicated safety ministry, Grant founded the Security Ministry. Under his leadership, this team has implemented comprehensive safety protocols and emergency response strategies, ensuring a secure environment for the tens of thousands of visitors who attend services and events annually.
Grant’s earlier contributions include serving as an Elder from 2006 to 2012 and founding the Equipping Center in 2007, a ministry focused on spiritual development and discipleship. His holistic approach to service—encompassing spiritual guidance, physical safety, and facility stewardship—demonstrates a deep commitment to the well-being of the Christ Church community.
